N/ACrime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s North Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for Burglary of a Habitation.
On September 19, 2016, at approximately 9:30 a.m., a homeowner left her residence, located in the 9800 block of Eblen Dr., in northwest Houston, secured. She returned approximately three hours later and observed a strange red pickup truck with a red hard shell bed cover parked in her driveway. While sitting in her vehicle, the homeowner saw a Hispanic male walking from her front porch. The suspicious male asked if she was the owner then mentioned he was looking for a man who does masonry work as he walked towards the red pick-up truck, while removing white gloves. He entered the pick-up truck then drove away.
The homeowner went inside the residence and noticed personal property lined up near the door, the home ransacked and the back door kicked in.
Suspect Description: Hispanic male, medium skin tone, 40-50 years old, almost 6’0 tall, medium build, with a youthful face, clean shaven with short black hair with gray along the edges wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, prescription glasses and white gloves. See sketch of suspect.
