On Thursday August 16, 2018, at approximately 6:30 p.m., the victim was riding their motorcycle in the 7500 block of North Shepard Drive in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the suspect was operating an unknown blue passenger vehicle and struck the victim. The suspect fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As result of being hit, the victim sustained severe road rash to their arms and legs.
