Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Auto Theft Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Felony Theft.

On Thursday, August 9, 2018, at approximately 4:00 a.m., an unknown Hispanic male suspect stole tools from a parked vehicle located in the 7900 block of Avenue F in Houston, Texas. During this incident, the suspect was observed on video climbing into the bed of the parked pickup truck and placing various tools in a bag. The suspect fled the scene on a bicycle with the bag in an unknown direction of travel. The stolen tools were valued over $2,600.
