Through the Catch a Killer Initiative, Crime Stoppers of Houston and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office remain committed to doing everything we can to get fugitive murderers off our streets. Our goal is that through the power of the Crime Stoppers’ Tip Line formula of bringing law enforcement, media and the public together, we can garner anonymous tips to get these dangerous fugitives in custody.
