Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating a fugitive (Lawrence Earl Hafford) who is wanted for Indecency with Child (Sexual Contact).

On or about, February 23, 2023, fugitive Lawrence Hafford performed indecent acts on the child victim in the 3800 block of Wipprecht St. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry and detectives learned that the fugitive performed inappropriate sexual contact on the victim.

Fugitive: Lawrence Earl Hafford is a Black male, 59 years old, approx. 5’09”, with brown eyes and a bald head.
