Ismael De Paz-Carcamo De Paz-CarcamoCrime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid- Fatality.
On Sunday, June 21, 2020, at approximately 8:57 p.m., the victim was riding his bicycle in the 11000 block of Seven Mile Lane in Harris County, Texas. The suspect vehicle struck the victim from behind as they were attempting to pass another vehicle (into the oncoming traffic lane). The suspect vehicle (a blue or black pick-up truck) fled the scene, southbound on Seven Mile Lane, without rendering aid to the victim. As a result, the victim was transported to a local hospital where he later died.
