On Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at approximately 2:00 a.m., deputies with the Harris County Sheriff?s Office were dispatched to a sports bar, located in the 14900 block of Hwy 249, in reference to a shooting. When deputies arrived on the scene, they learned that the victim, Dominique Johnson, was shot at the sports bar and driven away from the scene by his friends. Deputies received a second call from a residence, located in the 5800 block of Wickover. When deputies and EMS arrived, they located complainant Johnson lying in the street, outside his friend?s car. Complainant Johnson was pronounced deceased at the scene
