Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the Capitol Murder of Phillippa Dever.

On Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at approximately 12:07 p.m., victim Phillippa Dever was shot inside of a vehicle as it traveled in the 3200 block of Old Spanish Trail in Houston, Texas. During the incident, Phillipa Dever, along with two friends, was stopped at a traffic light at State Highway 288 and Old Spanish Trail. A small white sedan pulled alongside their small white sedan, and began shooting into their vehicle. Dever, who was in the backseat, was shot and died as a result of her wounds. The front passenger was also shot and taken to a nearby hospital. The suspect(s) fled the location in an unknown direction of travel in the small white sedan.
