On Sunday, November 19, 2023, at approximately 9:11 p.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 1600 block of Houston Ave. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was riding their bicycle southbound when they were struck from behind by the suspect’s vehicle (White sedan with tinted windows) which was traveling southbound. The suspect(s) fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As a result of the collision, the victim suffered major injuries and died.

On Saturday, November 11, 2023, at approximately 2:00 a.m., fugitive Esmundo Jake Izaguirre was involved in a shooting in the 6900 block of Avenue Q. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the fugitive assaulted the victim while attempting to shove them into a vehicle against their will. The fugitive produced a firearm, took the victims property, and fired multiple shots at them during their escape.
Fugitive Esmundo Jake Izaguirre is a Hispanic male, 23 years old, approximately 5'9”, 170 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair.

On Sunday, December 3, 2023, at approximately 5:43 p.m., Ever Mae Banks was struck by a vehicle in the 1400 block of Gregg St. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was crossing the street when they were struck by the suspect’s vehicle which was traveling southbound. The suspect(s) fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As a result of the collision, the victim suffered major injuries and died.
It is believed that the suspect(s) were in a white late model (1998-2004) Buick LaSabre.
