On Sunday, March 13, 2016, between 5:50-7:30 p.m., the pictured male suspect used the complainant?s debit card number to make purchases at several supercenter stores around the 13000 block of the Northwest Freeway in Houston, TX. The victim?s debit card was in his possession during the time of these purchases. The unknown suspect possibly used a "cloned" card with the victim?s debit card number to make these unauthorized purchases. Video surveillance cameras captured the suspect making the purchases at these stores. The suspect was then seen leaving these locations in a silver/gray compact SUV with an unknown license plate number. Suspect Description: Suspect #1: hispanic male, short brown hair, medium build, wearing a light blue short sleeve shirt, blue jeans and sunglasses.
