Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Constable’s Office - Precinct One, need the public's assistance identifying the suspects responsible for an Illegal Dumping.

On Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at approximately 3:02 p.m., two unknown suspects dumped various items in the 6000 block of Cebra Street in Houston, Texas. Video surveillance cameras captured the suspects driving a white Ford pick-up truck. The suspects stopped along the side of the road and exited the vehicle. The suspects began removing various items from the truck and dumped it on the side of the roadway. The suspects then fled the scene in an unknown direction of travel.

Suspect 1: Female, approximately 5’05”, 135 LBS., short black hair, wearing a pink shirt and black shorts.

Suspect 2: Male, approximately 5’09” 150 LBS., wearing a blue shirt, dark colored shorts, flip flops and a head scarf.
