Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive (Carlos Ortiz-Mena) who is wanted for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child under 14 years of age and two counts of Indecency with a Child-Sexual Contact.

On October 6, 2021, Houston Police Officers received a report of an Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Indecency with a Child-Sexual Contact that occurred in the 7500 block of Bissonnett St. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry and detectives learned that Carlos Ortiz-Mena sexually assaulted the victim.

Fugitive Carlos Ortiz-Mena is a 36-year-old Hispanic male, with brown eyes and black hair.
