N/ACrime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
On Saturday, August 21, 2021, at approximately 2:55 a.m., the victim was struck while riding their scooter in the 1500 block of Jefferson Street in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim and suspect’s vehicle (white four-door sedan) were traveling southbound when the the suspect made a sudden left turn from the wrong lane and struck them.
The suspect fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. The victim suffered bodily injury and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
