N/ACrime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's North Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Burglary of a Building.
On Monday, August 24, 2020, at approximately 8:20 p.m., a black male suspect burglarized a business located in the 300 block of East Whitney Street in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the suspect approached the access gate of the business and cut the lock around the gate. The suspect (driving a tan older model Chevrolet Silverado with paper plates) reversed into the business through the open gate and backed into a building door. The suspect caused $3,000 in damage to the building. The suspect made entry into the building through the damaged door. The suspect stole a pressure washer and a generator (which had a total value of $1,200). The suspect fled in the Chevrolet Silverado in an unknown direction of travel.
Suspect’s Description: Suspect #1: Black male, 45-50 years of age, over 6’00” tall, medium build, bald, beard, wearing a mask, no shirt, black and white jogging pants, and white tennis shoes.
