SafeText is a text-based resource program that gives parents, educators and community members easy access to trusted safety information from Crime Stoppers of Houston. Presented by Phillips 66, SafeText connects users directly with prevention resources and educational materials without requiring an app download or account registration.
To opt in, text SAFE to 72333, then reply YES. Once subscribed, users can text a topic keyword to receive the corresponding resource directly on their phone.
SafeText does not accept crime tips or emergency reports. To submit an anonymous tip, call 713-222-TIPS (8477), use the Crime Stoppers mobile app or visit the Crime Stoppers of Houston website.
