Nearly $1 Million in Stolen Testing Equipment Recovered
In October 2021, a suspect broke into a business that sells extremely specialized testing equipment. The suspect made two trips to the business removing the testing equipment that was valued at $950,000. Sometime later, the company received a phone call from an out of state business that advised they had attempted to purchase the equipment in online purchase. Prior to paying for the equipment, they realized the equipment had been stolen. Charges were filed on the suspect, but he remained at large until a tipster provided his location using the Crime Stoppers mobile app.
