DESCRIPTION:National Crime Victims’ Rights Week is celebrated this year from April 7-13\, 2019. This is a time for communities to come together to honor victims of crime and to promote victims’ rights. This year’s theme is “Honoring Our Past. Creating Hope for the Future.” \nAcross the country\, communities will hold events in honor of victims of crime. In Houston\, Crime Stoppers of Houston in partnership Parents of Murdered Children and Surviving Family Members of Homicide will be hosting a kick-off event on Sunday\, April 7\, 2019. The event will take place west of the tennis courts. \nWe will have information tables highlighting cases currently being reviewed for parole\, as well as unsolved cases and Crime Stoppers flyers. \nPlease join us!
