Fallen Hero Project
Crime Stoppers’ Fallen Hero Project protects, defends and gives back to the heroes of the Houston community who keep Houston safe where our citizens live, learn, work and play. The Fallen Hero Project provides unprecedented protections for peace officers and fire fighters to ensure their safety as they serve the citizens of the Houston Metropolitan Area.
In the event that an officer or fire fighter is injured of killed in the line of duty, as the result of felonious crime, Crime Stoppers’ anonymous cash reward of up to $5,000 will double to $10,000 thanks to the generous support of the 100 Club.
Through community education, the Fallen Hero Project strives to expose the community at large to issues concerning officer and fire fighter safety, in an effort to build a coalition of citizens supportive of our combined efforts to keep Houston safe. Finally through a series of programs offered to Houston’s heroes and their families, Crime Stoppers gives back to the community of professionals dedicated to the safety of our friends and families.
