Wanted For :Murder

On Sunday, October 28, 2007 at around 1:55 in the morning Alvin Decuier was shot by suspects in a 4-door gray late 80s or early 90s Nissan or Toyota, as he walked westbound on Mulvey Street near Sakowitz after leaving a friend?s home. Witnesses said Alvin was called over to the car but did not seem to know the suspects and was shot after a brief conversation. The suspects fled northbound on Sakowitz. Alvin was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators believe the same suspects are responsible for shooting another victim in the 1600 block of Sam Wilson at 1:10 a.m. that same day. The suspects passed the victim, then turned around and shot him as they drove down the street.
