Wanted For :Murder

In the early morning hours July 10, 2004, Amanda Fleetwood and a friend were congregating in the parking lot of a novelty shop located on the 8200 block of Richmond. Surveillance cameras show Fleetwood and her friend having a conversation with an unidentified male in the parking lot. At 6:10 am, after having a conversation for approx. 15 minutes, Fleetwood and her friend left with the unidentified man in a gray Nissan Sentra. Police believe that the unknown suspect then opened fire killing Fleetwood during the course of a robbery inside the car. The suspect is described as a Black male in his twenties, approximately 5?9? tall, weighing 175-180 lbs. At the time of the offense he was wearing a tan jacket wrapped around his waist, blue jeans, a dark shirt and ball cap.
