During the incident, the fugitive approached, produced a firearm, and shot one adult and one juvenile complainant. After being taken to a nearby hospital, both complainants received treatment for their gunshot wounds. One complainant remains in the hospital in serious condition.

On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at approximately 3:30 p.m., the complainant was sexually assaulted in the 6200 block of Martin Luther King Blvd. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the complainant was waiting at the bus stop when the suspect approached in a vehicle and offered a ride. The complainant accepted the offer, was driven to an unknown location by the suspect and sexually assaulted. Afterwards, the suspect drove the complainant to a nearby gas station where they able to escape and contact police. The suspect fled the scene in a 2002-2004 Grey/Silver Nissan Altima with minor front end damage, no front plate and sun damage to the roof in an unknown direction of travel.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic or Asian male, medium complexion, between 25-40 years old, 180-200 lbs., 5’08”-6’00” in height with wavy medium length hair.

On August 31, 2024, at approximately 11:00 p.m., 19-year-old Yeriel Rodriguez Mercado was traveling westbound in the 14000 block of Northwest Freeway when he was struck by a maroon Jeep Cherokee. The impact caused Mercado to be ejected from the motorcycle.
After regaining his composure, Mercado was tragically struck by a second vehicle, a white Jeep Pilot, while still in the roadway. Although the driver of the maroon Jeep Cherokee remained at the scene, the driver of the Jeep Pilot fled without rendering aid. Sadly, due to the severe injuries sustained from the second collision, Yeriel Mercado passed away.

During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse and detectives learned that Milton Jerrell Wolfe sexually assaulted the victim.

On Friday, November 6, 2015, fugitive Jonathan Figueroa was involved in a shooting in the 7800 block of Elvera St. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the fugitive forcibly entered the residence armed with an assault rifle and began shooting. One adult and a child victim were struck by the gunfire. Sadly, both victims died as a result of the injuries sustained.
Fugitive Jonathan Figueroa is a Hispanic male, 32 years old, approximately 6 feet tall, 200 lbs., with brown eyes.
