the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
On September 27, 2020, at approximately 04:06 p.m., The victim was riding his motorcycle south bound on 2000
Jensen Drive, in Houston Texas 77026. The suspect vehicle was headed west bound on 2700 Sumpter Street, ran the
stop sign, causing the victim to strike the suspect vehicle and ending up underneath the suspect vehicle. The suspect
stayed on scene briefly but never got out of the vehicle and drove off continuing west bound on Sumpter street
failing to stop and render aid. The victim was transported to St Joseph's by HFD where he sustained a fracture of right
great toe, chest wall pain, left ankle pain, and right shoulder pain.
The suspect vehicle is a gold/tan, 2-door extended cab, Chevrolet Silverado, possibly early 2000's model with paper
tags.

On Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 8:45 pm, the Complainant was sitting inside his vehicle at an apartment complex located
on the 700 block of Janisch Rd, in Houston, Texas. The Complainant had placed an ad online to sell a pair of shoes and was
waiting for the person (only known as Vic) that had agreed to purchase them. Vic arrived at the location and paid the
Complainant for the shoes in counterfeit money. When the Complainant noticed that the money was not real, The Complainant
confronted Vic about it. Vic then pulled out a handgun and shot the Complainant as he sat in the driver’s seat. Suspect "Vic"
then forced the Complainant out of his car, got into the driver’s seat, and sped off with the Complainant's vehicle. The
Complainant’s vehicle was located the next day at the 4000 block of Lelay Circle, in Houston, Texas.
Suspect Vic's description: Hispanic male, with a tan complexion, skinny possibly 140 pounds, approximately 5'8"-5'10" tall, with
a small afro, about 25 years old, and was socially awkward.
