On Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at approximately 7:41 p.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 2200 block of W. Dallas St. Harris County, Texas. During the incident, the victim was riding their bicycle westbound when they were struck by the suspect’s vehicle traveling in the same direction. The victim suffered major injuries, and sadly died as a result of the collision.

On December 26, 2018, fugitive Mario Chox performed indecent acts with a child victim in the 9500 block of Westview Dr. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry and detectives learned that the fugitive had performed inappropriate sexual contact with the child.
Fugitive Mario Chox is a Hispanic male, 37 years old, 130 lbs. 5’03” with brown eyes and black hair.

On Saturday, September 10, 2022, at approximately 8:20 p.m., the victim was shot and killed in the 2400 block of Staples St. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, video surveillance captured (a 2011-2013 Honda Civic) occupied by the unknown suspect(s) drive into the location. The suspect(s) exited their vehicle and began shooting at the victim striking them multiple times. Sadly, the victim died as a result of the injuries they sustained, and the suspect’s vehicle fled in an unknown direction of travel.
