Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive
Carlos Luis Oviedo, who is wanted for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

In March of 2019, Houston Police Officers received a report of an Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child that occurred in the
12000 block of Colusion Street in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse that
occurred in January of 2018. Detectives learned that the fugitive, Carlos Luis Oviedo, sexually assaulted the victim.

Fugitive Carlos Luis Oviedo is a Hispanic male, 44 years of age, approximately 5’8”, 190 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
