Crime Stoppers’ Safe Neighborhood Program is an effective resource for residential communities in our county. The continued success of our organization depends on many things, but one of the key factors is your participation. Every residential community that joins Crime Stoppers increases our network throughout the community. Working together, we will keep our residents safe.
Tips to Crime Stoppers have helped solve some of Houston’s most notorious crimes, including the arrest of Kenneth Lane Stewart, who kidnapped a seven year old girl from a neighborhood in the Humble area. A Crime Stoppers’ tip helped to identify and locate this child predator, before any other children were victimized. Crime Stoppers is an effective and proven resource that keeps every citizen safe where we live, work and learn.
With your membership, you will receive signage for your property, which will publicize 713-222-TIPS to your residents. Further, we will provide a presentation for your residents about the use of Crime Stoppers to prevent crime in your community.
